How long have you been doing CrossFit?

5.5 years


What got you started in CrossFit?

Saw the results  and transformation of a friend.


What is your Favorite Movement?

Overhead squat


What is your proudest CrossFit moment?

Doing a kipping handstand pushup, now for a strict one.


What inspires you as a coach?

Just seeing athletes of all levels leaving it all on the floor.


What other sports have you competed in or coached and at what level?

I’ve played almost all sports competitively at some point. As goofy as it sounds, I’ve been a competitive bowler, both 5pin and 10pin.  I have represented BC numerous times and won a couple Canadian championships. In high school,  I was very into football as well.


What is your Fran PR?

7:02. I’ve only done Fran three times in my life. The last time I did it, it was my second WOD in 3 hours.


What type of music do you like to WOD to?

Good question for the DJ. I like house or hard house for metcons, and I like metal/rock, hard hip/hop rap, and hard house for lifting.

What is your favorite quote that you could inspire any athlete with?

All you can do is give it all you have.
