I started Crossfit as an aid to get healthier

What is your Proudest CrossFit  moment?
when I completed my first RX WOD and didn’t die!!
What inspires you as a coach?
 seeing our athletes dig deeper then they thought they were capable of
What other sports have you competed in or coached and at what level?
I was a Speed Skater for 14 years, I competed Provincially, Nationally and In North American competitions. I am a Level 1 Certified Speed Skating Coach. I have also been practicing Yoga for 10 years and teaching yoga for the past 3.5 years.
What is your Fran time?

What is your favorite music to WOD to?
I will WOD to anything with an upbeat tempo, anything that gets the blood pumping
What is your #1 Goat?
 has got to be deadlifts
