Partner Plank n’ Row (No Measure)

3 rounds each of:

Row 250m

While one partner is rowing, the other partner holds the plank position until the 250m row is complete. Alternate back and forth until both partners have rowed and planked 3 times. If a partner drops from the plank, the partner rowing must stop.

Shoulder Taps (Take 2 attempts for max reps.)

Once you’re inverted into a fully locked out Handstand, you will attempt to touch your shoulders with your hand on the same side.

Metcon (Time)

Complete the following:

40 x Wall Balls

30 x Push-ups

20 x Hang Cleans 115/75

10 x Burpees

20 x Push Press 115/75

30 x Pull-ups

40 x Box Jumps
