Foundations On-Ramp [Required for new CrossFitters] $395
6 Private, 1:1 sessions with a CrossFit New West Coach where you will learn foundational movements and gain the knowledge and confidence to join regular scheduled classes. You will understand the 'lingo', workout's structure, our software and become familiar with equipment and the space. Includes UNLIMTED classes for the remainder of the month after the completion of the Foundations course.

Personalized sessions with our certified coaches. If you’d prefer some extra attention, or have specific goals, private training is a great way to reach your fitness goals.
