Hello everyone – Happy Spring!
We hope you are enjoying the longer days and warmer weather. We have lots of exciting updates to share with you so let’s jump in:
- New class alert – bring a friend
- Weightlifting classes update
- Scheduling update
- Latest COVID procedures
Our new class, Sunday Sweat starts this Sunday @ 5 pm. It’s a one hour class, programmed for lower intensity longer workouts. Chipper style workouts designed to get a head start on the week ahead and perhaps a bit of detox from the weekend 🙂
We are proud to be expanding our class times and lineup. A number of you have asked about friends joining you and this is the perfect place to start. Fundamentals are not required for this class as there will be no technical Olympic movements, gymnastics or heavy lifting.
You are welcome to bring a friend(s) for a complimentary class – please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a spot and get all set up.
Best wishes and thank you to Coach Maggie who is waiting for the arrival of her little baby girl – we are so excited to see photos and meet her. In the meantime Coach Kayla will be in charge of WL classes on Saturdays 11:30 am – 1 pm.
Reminder, your monthly membership includes 1-weightlifting class per month.
This is a super class to refine and work on your technique for cleans, snatches, and jerks. Please reserve your spot in Wodify.
Open gym sessions: If you need extra time in the gym please let us know. If there are other class times that would be helpful please email us or tell us when you see us. We keep a running log of days/times so when there is enough consistent need for a class time we can add it to the regular schedule.
May 7-8: We will be hosting a Level 1 CrossFit course on Mother’s Day weekend. We will have our usual fun Saturday evening class @ 6pm and our new Sunday Sweat @ 6pm on Sunday.
